Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FlexTrainer. By creating or using an account, you agree to them.

The service and your account

FlexTrainer is operated by Alpine Ledger GmbH. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and be responsible for activity under your account. You may use the service only for lawful coaching and business administration.

Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the information you enter. You give us the limited permission needed to host, back up and process it to provide FlexTrainer. You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to store customer information and for the accuracy of invoices and business records you create.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew at the interval shown when you subscribe until cancelled. Prices and included features are shown before checkout. You may cancel from your account; cancellation takes effect according to the billing information shown there. Statutory rights are not affected.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful material or use FlexTrainer to harm another person. Our Use restrictions form part of these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FlexTrainer reliable and secure, but online services can occasionally be unavailable. We may improve or change features and will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects a paid service.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, FlexTrainer is provided for business administration and is not tax, accounting or legal advice. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service during the previous 12 months.

Ending an account

You may cancel as described in our Cancellation policy. We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches, security risks or non-payment. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to export data.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without limiting mandatory rights available to customers in the United Kingdom. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction remain available. Questions can be sent to support@flextrainer.co.uk.
