This policy explains how FlexTrainer handles personal data for visitors, coaches and the customers whose records they manage.

Who controls your data

Alpine Ledger GmbH operates FlexTrainer. Coaches are responsible for the customer and session data they enter; we process that data to provide the service. Questions can be sent to privacy@flextrainer.co.uk.

Data we collect

We collect account and contact information, customer and coaching records entered by account holders, billing and subscription records, support correspondence, and limited technical logs needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use data

We use personal data to provide and secure FlexTrainer, issue invoices, process subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Lawful bases and UK rights

Depending on the activity, processing is necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in operating a secure service, or act on consent. UK users may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or export their personal data, and may object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Service providers and international transfers

We use carefully selected hosting, email, analytics and payment providers. Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we use an appropriate legal safeguard such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual clauses.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the service, legal obligations and legitimate business records. We use access controls, encryption in transit, backups and monitoring to protect information, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
