Using FlexTrainer responsibly

Use restrictions

FlexTrainer supports legitimate coaching businesses. You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful or abusive activity, including the following:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation: creating, storing, sharing or facilitating abusive material or conduct.
  • Doxxing and harassment: sharing another person’s private information to threaten, intimidate or harass them.
  • Intellectual-property infringement: using the service to reproduce or distribute work without the necessary rights or permission.
  • Malware or spyware: creating, distributing or operating malicious software or covert surveillance.
  • Phishing, fraud or impersonation: misleading people about your identity or affiliation to steal, extort or cause harm.
  • Spam: sending unsolicited commercial messages or otherwise breaking applicable electronic-marketing law.
  • Cybersquatting: registering an account in another person’s or organisation’s name in order to sell it to them.
  • Violence: planning, carrying out or threatening activity that constitutes a violent offence.

Report misuse

Email support@flextrainer.co.uk with the relevant account, URL, screenshots and a description of what happened. We will protect your identity from the account you report unless disclosure is required by law.

We aim to acknowledge a report within one working day. We may suspend or close an account and notify the appropriate authorities when evidence shows that the service has been used for a restricted purpose.
