How we estimate your saving
We assume 2 minutes less admin per session and 3 minutes per active customer over 30 days. These are illustrative assumptions, not measured customer results.
(Weekly sessions × 30 ÷ 7 × 2) + (customers × 3) = minutes saved, rounded to the nearest minute. Count a group lesson once. If either input is zero, we show zero: there is no active coaching workload to model.
Setup time is not deducted. Your current process, billing frequency and use of the app affect the actual result. This is not a prediction of net savings in your first month.
