Refund policy

If you are unhappy with FlexTrainer for any reason within 60 days, contact our support team and we will help you. This general policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Our Billing Confidence Promise

Complete setup, record lessons you charge for and create your invoices in FlexTrainer within 30 days. If you are not more confident about which lessons have been invoiced and which still need invoicing, we will refund the first subscription payment and pay you an additional £50.

Who can claim

  • The promise is available to new customers only, with one claim per coaching business.
  • Complete onboarding, record lessons you charge for and create invoices from those records within 30 days of subscribing.
  • Email support@flextrainer.co.uk by day 37 to make a claim.
  • You decide whether you feel more confident about your invoicing. No proof of lost income or measured time saving is required.
  • If a FlexTrainer problem prevents completion, a reasonable attempt qualifies.

Included support appointments

The Advanced offer includes one short assisted setup session and one review of your first invoices. These scheduled appointments cover setting up FlexTrainer and reviewing your lesson records and first invoices; they are not ongoing administration, bookkeeping, accounting or invoice preparation.

We will offer appointment options during the first 30 days. If we cannot offer a suitable support appointment, attendance at that appointment is waived and missing it will not affect eligibility.

How an eligible claim is paid

After we confirm eligibility, we will refund the first subscription payment to the original payment method and pay the additional £50 by bank transfer. We will process both payments within 10 working days after eligibility confirmation. We will arrange the bank-transfer details with you securely.

Contact

Email support@flextrainer.co.uk with your account email and a request under the Billing Confidence Promise. We may ask for information needed to identify the subscription and complete the refund, but not for proof of lost income or measured time saving.
